How much does it cost?

Within Greater Sydney and the Central Coast, we charge $150.00 + GST which includes a call-out fee and the first 10 appliances. For more than 10 appliances, add $5.00 + GST per extra appliance. For example if you have 20 appliances, the cost is $150.00 + ($5.00 x 10) + GST; which comes to $200.00 + GST.

For not-for-profit organisations, simply halve the amount, so in the above example, it would $75.00 + GST for the call out and first 10 appliances. If you have 20 appliances, the cost is $75.00 + ($2.50 x 10) + GST; which comes to $100.00 + GST.

What areas do you service?

We are based in West Pennant Hills in north-west Sydney. We service all of Greater Sydney and the Central Coast.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured for public and professional liability.

What times are you available?

Generally 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.

Yes, we have the relevant certificate to demonstrate competency as per the Australia Standard AS/NZS 3760:2022

Do you have a white card for access to construction sites?

Yes our technicians have white cards. Please advise when booking if your work site requires a white card.
